Job Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT team. This entry- to mid-entry level position is responsible for implementing and supporting compute hosting technology solutions at a beginner to intermediate level. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in core IT knowledge, with a specialization in compute infrastructure (servers, storage, backups, data centers).

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the System team to ensure production systems, servers, and compute infrastructure are running smoothly.
  • Implement and maintain enterprise caliber compute solutions, including rack and stacking equipment in data centers.
  • Partner with Developers and Business Stakeholders to bridge the technology gap to IT operations.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for implementation and daily operations.
  • Provide world-class 7x24 support.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience working with servers, virtualization, storage systems, and other related compute infrastructure.
  • Fast learner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: enterprise storage and backup solutions, data center hardware, Windows Server, Linux, containers, and orchestration.
