- Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.

- Oversee Clinical Care: Manage the clinical care of homecare clients from admission through discharge.
- Lead Care Delivery: Manage care delivery and personnel, ensuring high-quality clinical services.
- Orient and Evaluate: Orient and evaluate homecare caregivers, ensuring their skills and competencies.
- Foster Caregiver Development: Foster caregiver development through education, training, and ongoing support.
- Perform Field Duties: Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits.
- Active RN License: Active RN license required (for states where office and patients are located).
- Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience is preferred.
- Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
