Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal counsel and creative tax resolution strategies to clients. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective tax resolution strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Provide legal guidance and representation in negotiations with tax authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Advocate for clients in hearings or legal proceedings as needed.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar membership.
  • Proven experience in tax law, tax resolution, or related practice areas.
  • Strong understanding of IRS regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and client advocacy skills.
