Job Summary: TRDI is seeking an experienced Janitorial Specialist to join our team at the Kingsville location. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the building, including bathrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
- Empty and decontaminate trash containers, and dispose of infectious waste as needed.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions to various surfaces, including floors, walls, and windows.
- Operate floor burnishers and other equipment as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in custodial or janitorial work.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and materials.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and perform manual labor.
