Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, overhaul, repair, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of proficiency in assigned areas, including layout and equipment.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and make repairs as needed to plant equipment.
  • Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain production equipment to meet production demands.
  • Complete necessary paperwork associated with machinery and job duties in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and report any suspicious or abnormal situations to immediate supervisor or plant management official.
  • Comply with written plant policies and procedures, including Lock-out / Tag-out procedures.
