Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team at WesternScott Fetzer. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC machines, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Safely and properly operate and set up various production machines, including CNC lathes, to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks per WEOP0855 and associated Inspection Record (QF08120) to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Request raw materials in a timely manner as needed for production and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures.
  • Maintenance: Perform and document preventative maintenance according to released methods 100% of the time.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Ability to safely and properly operate and set up various production machines, basic computer knowledge, ability to do simple math calculations, and ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
