Position Overview

Position Title: Child Advocacy Supervisor for CASA of Winnebago County

Organization: Winnebago County CASA

About Us: Winnebago County CASA is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on advocating for children who have experienced abuse and neglect within the Juvenile Court system. Our trained volunteers, appointed by the court, work diligently to represent the best interests of these vulnerable children.

Role Summary: We are seeking a Child Advocacy Supervisor to oversee case management for our community volunteers. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our volunteers are effectively supported in their advocacy efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and guidance to volunteers engaged in case management.
  • Assist the Training Coordinator in the training and retention of volunteers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agency partners and court personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the CASA Program Director and other staff members to further our mission.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is required, while a college degree or relevant experience in the field is preferred.

This full-time position offers flexibility, with varying demands on time throughout the year.
