Key Responsibilities

  • Address general inquiries from guests in a courteous manner
  • Prepare hotel rooms according to established cleanliness standards before guest check-in
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces including the lobby, hallways, and public restrooms
  • Perform tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, doing laundry, stocking supplies, and completing other cleaning assignments as needed
  • Keep records of cleaned rooms, and report any lost items or necessary repairs

Required Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic along with excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods and products
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping role
  • Must have completed high school or possess an equivalent certification
