We are seeking an experienced Fleet Technician to join our team at Pepsi Co. As a key member of our Supply Chain - Fleet department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and repair work on a variety of vehicles, including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using computer-based diagnostics and manual testing
- Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan
- Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Permit or Class A CDL
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ASE - HVAC certifications a plus
- Competitive pay rate of $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
- Sign-on bonus of $2,500 paid out in four installments
