  • 1-3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably with a background in construction equipment.
  • Proficiency in diesel and gas engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and drive trains is essential.
  • Experience in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on various systems.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with a mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic knowledge of schematics, computer diagnostic tools, and welding methods is preferred.
  • Possession of necessary tools valued between $7,000 - $10,000.
  • Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated and eager to succeed, with opportunities for career advancement.
