DriveTime Transports is seeking a skilled CDL-A driver to join our team as an Intermodal driver. As a driver with our company, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods from one location to another
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and loaded
- Monitor and maintain vehicle condition, reporting any issues to the maintenance team
- Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other drivers
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
