Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Prepare and organize client documents for tax filing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Tax Return Preparation: Assemble tax returns and supporting documentation as needed.
- File Organization: Scan and digitize documents for electronic record-keeping, while maintaining and organizing both physical and digital files in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to tax accountants and other staff.
- Office Environment: Maintain an organized back office environment that supports efficient workflow, including managing supplies and inventory.
- Confidentiality: Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements regarding document handling and client confidentiality.
Requirements:
