About the Role

This is a 35-hour per week, full-time position, with shifts that include weekends. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to patients, adhering to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patients' health status, reporting any concerns or changes to medical staff.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress.
