Job Title: Tenant Associate

Join our team at Access Dubuque as a Tenant Associate and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a Tenant Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
  • Assist with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring side effects.
  • Participate in resident care planning, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided.
  • Report any changes or concerns regarding resident care or well-being to the supervisor or healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
