Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer Level E to join our team at L3 Technologies. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for advanced tactical radio equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts and principles to develop software for the target application.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional members of the engineering organization to develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, and operational performance requirements and design of the overall system.
  • Software Testing: Develop software test procedures, software programs, and related documentation to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize a variety of software languages, including C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, HTML5, XML, SQL, Perl, Python, Ajax, and Qt, on Windows, Linux, mobile platforms, and embedded real-time operating systems.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: GPA of 3.0 or greater.
