We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team at Atwell LLC. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for driving design excellence and technical precision throughout every phase of our land development projects.

• Design and Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop creative and innovative design concepts for commercial and residential spaces.
• Project Management: Oversee the development of project documents, including design specifications, project schedules, and budgets.
• Communication and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, correspondence, and presentation materials to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills: Utilize industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and Microsoft Office, to create and manage project documents.
• Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and consultants through active participation in marketing initiatives and regular communication.

• Education: Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional design experience in a private practice or planning firm.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in landscape design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, and Microsoft Office.
• Location: Ability to work from our Mitchellville, MD office on a hybrid schedule.
