Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This position is essential for ensuring the efficient handling of goods, from receiving to distribution, while maintaining a productive and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily activities of warehouse personnel, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations to foster a secure workplace.
  • Analyze workflow and productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address customer requirements and resolve operational challenges.
  • Safely operate and manage warehouse equipment.
  • Drive initiatives for process enhancements to optimize warehouse performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items and work in a demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
