Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Communicate patient information effectively with colleagues and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
