We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy individual to become a part of our team at No Streaking Window Cleaning. Working Hours: Our peak operational hours typically range from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with standard working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We do not require weekend or evening availability.

Compensation: The starting wage is $18 per hour, with the opportunity for a $1 raise within the first month. Additional benefits include:

  • 1 week of paid time off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays
  • Retention of all tips
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • 2 weeks of PTO after your first year
  • Annual raises and three bonuses each year

Responsibilities

You will be trained in professional window cleaning techniques to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve:

  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Being on your feet for the majority of the day
  • Interacting with customers and taking pride in your work
  • Using a ladder weekly while managing cleaning equipment

Important Requirements:

  • No high-rise work involved
  • A professional appearance and courteous demeanor are essential
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required
  • A mobile phone is necessary for communication
  • Maintaining a clean work vehicle and job site is expected
  • Good inventory management of cleaning supplies is crucial
