Our team is dedicated to designing, building, and flying rockets that deliver customer payloads to orbit, while also driving innovation in additive manufacturing.

We're looking for a skilled Senior GNC Engineer to join our Integrated Performance teams and contribute to the development of control and guidance solutions for our Terran R rocket.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement control algorithms and navigation solutions into Terran R
  • Assess design impact on vehicle controllability and performance
  • Maintain and enhance existing GNC systems
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $159,000 - $204,000 USD per year, plus a generous PTO and sick leave policy, parental leave, and an annual learning and development stipend.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience working on GNC solutions in aerospace
  • Specialization in flight controls, navigation, or guidance for launch vehicles or satellites
