Job SummaryWe're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, welcoming and assisting guests, resolving issues, and promoting our services and products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist guests with purchases, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services to effectively communicate with guests and promote our offerings.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current on company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods, with flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
