Director of Biostatistics

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Director of Biostatistics to lead our clinical trials and research initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating global development projects, ensuring the highest level of statistical rigor and accuracy.

• Provide scientific input into study design, statistical analysis plans, and interpretation of results.
• Develop and communicate statistical analyses, data presentations, and scientific reports.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of statistical results and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives.
• Stay current on new developments and technological advancements in statistics.

• PhD or MS in statistics, biostatistics, or related field with at least 10 years of experience in clinical research and development.
• Strong statistical skills with application to clinical trials.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
