Janitorial Position at Northwest Center

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at the Everett Naval Base. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various cleaning tasks, including common areas, exterior of the building, and bathrooms
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Driver's license and willingness to drive
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • One year of custodial experience preferred but not required
  • Able to read, write, and speak English clearly
