As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical activities of our Rheumatology department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing our mission of clinical excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive departmental growth and improvement
- Recruit and manage a team of skilled Rheumatology providers
- Oversee operational and financial management, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Monitor and improve quality performance, patient outcomes, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our research and education initiatives
