ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to provide individual and group counseling to students in a TK-8 setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students.
- Conduct threat assessments and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work.
- Active Social Worker License - LCSW Required.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with trauma backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
