Job Summary:

This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure that campus facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our client's expectations while fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and recommend department operating budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while optimizing operational efficiency
- Coordinate operations and maintenance activities with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
- Actively engage with clients to maintain open lines of communication and ensure satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate all functions and activities of the department, fostering accountability and excellence
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for departmental operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies
- Encourage and mentor staff creativity and innovation, empowering contribution by team members toward continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans, getting results, and exceeding expectations
- Provide training and development opportunities for all staff members, cultivating their professional growth and skills enhancement
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and revision of annual budgets, aligning financial strategies with organization goals
- Maintain direct communication with varying levels of administration, including clients and vendors, to address business needs promptly and effectively
- Ensure the facility's strategic objectives are clearly defined and achieved, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction
- Secure and maintain company capital assets in first-class working conditions, optimizing their lifespan and functionality
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Prior experience in Facilities Management supporting an education account preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with central plant operations and maintenance
- Experience with P&L accounts
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to meet established goals and objectives
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions
