We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to become a vital part of our esteemed healthcare team. This role is situated within a well-established, independent primary care practice that includes a diverse group of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers.
Practice Environment:
Our facilities are equipped with comprehensive laboratory and radiology services, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance patient care. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collegial atmosphere, where every team member is valued.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for physicians who are committed to a patient-centered approach and have a strong desire to serve the community. Ideal candidates will have completed their residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine and hold board certification or eligibility.
Work-Life Balance:
Our practice offers flexible scheduling options ranging from three to four and a half days per week, with no weekend or evening shifts required. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and we provide a gradual ramp-up period over the first two years.
Compensation and Benefits:
The position includes a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid vacation and sick leave, CME compensation, and coverage for professional dues and malpractice insurance.
