**Job Summary**
Thompson Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food production, and staff management.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with the Food Service Director to achieve company financial goals and objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in culinary management
**Requirements**
• 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
• Proven track record of success in menu development, food production, and staff management
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
