We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Observation Unit team at St. Luke's of Kansas City. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Function independently and accountably utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient care with the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Perform patient care tasks, delegate tasks to other patient care staff, and supervise patient care activities.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for assigned patients, consulting with other healthcare team members as needed.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Missouri.
