We are seeking a highly skilled Autism Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Lakewood, Colorado.

Job Overview

This is an ongoing position offering a competitive salary of $**$85,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

The Autism Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams (including speech, OT, and psychology) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Implementing ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
  • Overseeing a team of about 7-8 clients.
  • Conducting standardized assessments and refining treatment plans based on progress.
  • Building strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • ABA early intervention experience.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
