**Job Description & Requirements**

  • **Specialty:** Diagnostic Imaging

  • **Shift:** 8 hours, days
  • **Hours:** 40 hours per week
  • **Duration:** 13 weeks

**Responsibilities:**

  • Perform basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician.
  • Provide technical support for radiographic examinations, including assessing patient condition, operating imaging equipment, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining equipment, supplies, and medications.
  • Rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to include OR, Urography, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements, and trauma.
  • Assist practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures, and trauma.

**Requirements:**

  • Formal two-year radiologic technology training in AMA-approved school which meets requirements for registry by the ARRT
  • State License (If Required)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Certified Radiology Tech (CRT)
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
