The estimated salary range for this position is $37.93 - $60.04 per hour, based on experience and location.

Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment. You will use your skills and expertise to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Use evidence-based practice to inform decision-making and improve patient outcomes

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS certification
- 18 months of professional nursing experience
