Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and treatment.

Collaborate with Healthcare Team

Work closely with our healthcare team, including registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Provide High-Quality Patient Care

Deliver exceptional patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Document Patient Information

Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes, to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
  • Current LPN License

Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state in which you practice.

Health Certificate

Must possess a current health certificate, as required by the facility.

PPD or Chest X-Ray

Must have a current PPD or chest X-ray, as required by the facility.

BLS Certification

Must possess a current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Experience

One year of prior LPN experience is preferred, but not required.
