Elite Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and experience, ensuring seamless communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and their families warmly, making them feel welcome in our practice.
  • Collect and verify patient information, create accurate files, and ensure insurance eligibility.
  • Maintain a productive schedule, scheduling future appointments, and confirming existing ones as needed.
  • Answer patient inquiries regarding insurance and financial arrangements, providing clear explanations.
  • Collect and process payments from patients and insurance companies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required; a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a dental, medical, healthcare, or customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance and explanation of benefits is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, preferably Dentrix.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
