Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Leveraging expertise in early childhood education to inform policy decisions and program development

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one-year Assistant Director experience
  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • The ability to communicate positively with children, families, partners, and other team members
  • Success in working as a member and leader of a team of up to twenty people
