About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in the outdoor furniture market. As a Product Innovation Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing innovative products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life.
  • Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • A degree in Industrial Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the outdoor furniture industry.
