Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to process transactions.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting each other to achieve exceptional guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu, wine list, and beverage offerings.
- Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of tables and equipment.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences.
- Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
