About the Opportunity

This 13-week contract position offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with medical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in respiratory therapy, along with experience in managing complex patient cases, is essential for success in this role.

**Estimated Salary:** $130,000 - $150,000 per year (based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:

  • Hold a current RRT or CRT certification
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
