Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced ProtoTRAK Machinist to join our client's team. As a ProtoTRAK expert, you will be responsible for operating milling machines and lathes to produce high-quality plastic components. Key Responsibilities:
- Use ProtoTRAK machines to create plastic components according to technical drawings and job specifications.
- Select and set up tooling and machine settings to efficiently machine plastic parts, considering material properties.
- Conduct regular quality checks and monitor production to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling based on plastic material properties (e.g., acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate) to achieve optimal surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, tooling changes, and machine maintenance activities.
