TRG Management, a leading property management company, is seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Veneto in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain all amenity areas, hallways, lobby areas, and elevator to the highest standards.
- Perform thorough cleaning in vacant apartments when residents vacate, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Ensure the model apartment is cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard.
- Obtain a list of vacant apartments that require immediate cleaning and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Advise the Manager or Supervisor of apartments ready for occupancy.
- Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Empty trash and garbage containers regularly to prevent odors and pests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the property manager to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
