Job Summary

The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. As an APC, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your advanced clinical knowledge and skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage the health status of patients, including performing physical examinations and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Tennessee.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in an advanced practice role.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
