Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of patients in the Progressive Care Unit
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medications and treatment instructions
  • Maintain and review patient records, including posting test results and examination findings
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians
Requirements
  • Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
