We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. as a member of our direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for individuals with serious mental illness.
- Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
- Administer medication as prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional.
- Keep accurate clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
- Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 criteria: a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.
What We Offer:
- A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
