Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education, and vocational development and adjustment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health topics and treatment options.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited school.
  • Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
  • Valid CA driver's license and active auto insurance.
