We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Cumming and Alpharetta, GA. If you are passionate about delivering world-class patient care and have a strong commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Georgia.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to travel to all business locations.
