The Brattleboro Retreat offers a unique opportunity for mental health professionals to make a lasting impact on the lives of patients struggling with their mental health. As an independent practitioner, you will be responsible for providing clinical services, counseling, and case management to patients and their families within our Virtual Adolescent PHP/IOP program.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Provider to join our team as an Adolescent PHP/IOP Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the optimal individual, interpersonal, and social functioning of patients in their community through direct clinical care, screening, and case management services.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assesses patients comprehensively, according to hospital and departmental standards, including diagnosis, formulation, risk assessment, level of care assessment, and referral needs identified.
  • Demonstrates understanding of addiction and recovery, including as it relates to screening, assessment, engagement, clinical interventions, and approaches, and ASAM criteria for referrals and placement.
  • Synthesizes and conveys relevant information, including clinical and case formulations, orally and in writing.
