Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair equipment failures, disassembling and reassembling parts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records, including vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering service calls and addressing customer concerns.
Requirements:
  • Must have a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge, including gas and diesel repair.
  • Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of internal combustion engines and preventative maintenance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience repairing forklifts, including propane fuel and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency with computers, including iPads and desktop computers.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards and OEM support tools.
