PrimECS LLC is a reputable heavy civil general contracting firm specializing in complex infrastructure projects. Our services cover earthwork, utility work, concrete flatwork, and structural concrete.
We are looking for experienced Construction Inspectors to join our team in the DMV area. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect construction sites to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, including site logs, photographs, and checklists.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction inspection, with a focus on heavy civil infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
