Lead a Team of Physical Therapists as Clinic Director

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist to lead our team as Clinic Director at Benchmark Physical Therapy in Milford, DE.

About the Role

As Clinic Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Physical Therapists in providing high-quality patient care and exceeding expectations. You will be passionate about serving patients through high-quality care and feel fulfilled when connecting with patients and team members on a personal and professional level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Physical Therapists in providing patient care and exceeding expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve clinic goals and objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop Physical Therapists to ensure a high-performing team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy
