Key Responsibilities: This role involves performing a range of custodial tasks in various facilities, including offices, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas. Responsibilities also include assisting with the institution's preventive maintenance initiatives, maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, and ensuring high-quality maintenance and cleaning services. You will respond to urgent maintenance and cleaning requests and carry out additional related tasks as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in custodial and maintenance roles.
- Proficient in using computer applications relevant to the job.

- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Work Schedule: This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
Note: This is a temporary position with a limit of 600 hours.
